At Gary Price, we are able to source instant quotes for Conveyancing, Surveys, and EPC's.
Conveyancing
Conveyancing as the legal transfer of property from one owner to another. This includes the exchange of contracts (when everyone knows the transaction will proceed) and completion (when everyone moves).
There is a lot of legal and admin work to do before you can exchange contracts and complete. While the process is fairly similar for each transaction, each transaction will be different.
Surveys
A survey is an expert inspection of a property's condition. It's aim is to identify any problems to a prospective buyer. Completed by a surveyor who visits the property, they carry out an inspection and prepare a report outlining any problems they've found. Homebuyers generally have a survey done on a property after their offer has been accepted.
EPCs
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) measures the energy efficiency of a property on a traffic light system from A-G, with A being the most efficient. Generally, the better the EPC rating, the less you will have to send on energy bills.
