Simon has been in the housing industry all his working life (which is a long time), he has a degree in Construction, he has worked as a Land Surveyor, Site Engineer, Relocation Agent, and an Estate Agent for over 25 years, he qualified as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser in 2020, which as far as he is concerned a natural progression. With this wealth of property knowledge, Simon is the perfect person to speak to about all your housing needs. Simon has been married for over 30 years and has 2 boys in their 20s, his family is the only thing that really matters to him. He has always been passionate about sport, football and has coached locally for 15 years, he retired from this a couple of years ago, he still likes to play but his body doesn’t react quite as well as it used to, so he now plays walking football at Foundation Park near the County Ground. Simon is fully aware of the ups and downs life has in store and therefore is passionate about finding the best solutions for all clients, making sure he secures the property they want and protecting their assets if life throws that ‘curve ball’!! Simon is too honest for his own good and will not recommend something unless he truly believes it is the right thing to do.
